This is the front cover of Billboard an American music magazine which covers the music industry and weekly keeps several internationally known music charts.
The Billboard title is usually partially covered by the artist featured on the front cover this could be because Billboard is a well-established magazine that no matter who is on the cover it over the title it is easily recognisable as Billboard.
Another traditional aspect of Billboard's covers are the background and sometimes titles colour cohesion with the artists clothes in this case the stripes on Justin Bieber's cardigan match the light blue background. the colour cohesion carries on into the slightly darker blue headings for the text and the white of Bieber’s T-shirt matching the white of his name.
Billboard commonly use sans serif bold font in this example all text is done in this fashion and the way different sections stand out would be down to use of lighter colour for the more important text and also larger size such as the featured artist's name.
